BZCN - BizAuctions Inc - .00X
This one has been on my watchlist for a while so might as well add it here.
BZCN
BizAuctions, Inc. is a prime provider of commercial eBay liquidation services for excess inventory, overstock items, and returns. Our clients have included some of the Nation's leading retail names at the forefront of their industries.
BizAuctions addresses the $60 billion excess inventory problem for clients by sending trucks to pick up pallets of excess inventory, selling the inventory on eBay, and collecting payment.
We provide our clients with a new sales channel to generate additional revenue on excess inventory, while at the same time freeing up their valuable storage and retail space.
With a long-term strategy to provide eBay liquidation services to Fortune 1000 enterprises, BizAuctions is a clear and lucrative solution for most any business to liquidate its excess inventory on eBay.
Authorized Shares:
5,000,000,000
Outstanding Shares (Jun 30, 2009) **most likely currently near 1bil**
425,790,342
Estimated Market Cap
$425,790
BZCN highlights:
- Opened their first "Lucky 7's" clothing retail store on May 29, 2009
- recently signed a LOI with Midwest Outlet Centers to sell their merchandise that doesn't sell on eBay.
- new website launching soon
edit - Note:
BZCn has had touble in the past with figuring out what to do with their merchandise that wont sell on ebay or doesnt meet the ebay listing requirements. So far, they have just been writing off this unsold merchandise as a loss. If this joint venture with Midwest Outlet Centers pans out, that should be a bit of a boost to their balance sheet down the road.

Re: BZCN - BizAuctions Inc - .00X
I've seen a lot of talk about this company on various message boards so I decided to take a look and do a bit of DD since their Q3 report is due out any day now.
Last quarter BZCN had a Net Loss of $216,000 and the quarter before a Net Loss of $164,464. BizAuctions has yet to turn a profit in it's lifetime.
Comparing the numbers in some of their latest press releases with proir quarters, it's looking like BZCN could see it's best quarter yet. Most likely still a Net Loss, but they may be getting back on track.
Here is my very rough breakdown:
eBay Listings/Sales
Jun-Aug 2009 - 4,482/1,994
Aug-Oct 2009 - 5,586/2,588
That's a 30% increase in sales in Q3 vs. Q2 for their eBay store alone.

Yeah I lost my butt on BZCN before when it dropped to .0004, this one is highly manipulated to tread lightly, if it drops back to .0004 again I'll buy and flip.

Yes, this one seems to get pumped by everyone and their brother, hence the reason I decided to take a closer look at it. Personally, I don't see why so many are pumping this one... They have a long road ahead to profitability.

They get pumped by everyone because they (or a third party) pay well for it.

Very true, but I still don't understand why. I mean, if a company is a complete scam, I can see the need to pump. But, a real company that has every opportunity to grow and expand, what is the purpose of spending money on stock pumpers? Why not put that money into the actual company and the pps will follow?
The only reason I can see for doing this would be to temporary boost the share price so the company can sell shares at a higher price and raise more cash. The extra cash they generate by the increased pps easily pays for the pumper compensation. Maybe I just answered my own question, or I'm missing something here?

iHub and yahoo are going nuts over this. I'm seeing it on the IHGP boards and HESG.
It's like a penny stock bread crumb trail.

Loads of hype around this one, but for all the wrong reasons imho. Seems like everyone is banking on a repeat of last year where BZCN rallied 6,000% during the holiday shopping season.
What worries me is that BZCN has not had a profitable quarter yet. With the US economy in the dumps and small businesses going under left and right, a business like BZCN should be able to turn a profit or at least have a decent increase in clients. So, far they have had neither.
On the bright side, it does look like BZCN is taking action to change their situation... Opening new retail stores, partnering with other re-sellers, new webpage coming (similar to Overstock.com). Their upcoming Q3 financials should show if this new strategy is starting to pay off or not.
But, like any .00X penny play, I'm not putting too much thought or effort into this one. I'm up 100% in 2 days so I can't complain.

I agree. I'd rather not chase any of these picks. Yes they could keep going but they seem to drop just as hard soon after.
I think hiding our shares under a rock at a low and wait for the home run might be less painful for a lot of traders.

Re: BZCN - BizAuctions Inc - .00X
This stock is doing very well and I am looking forward to the action on it this week. I am in for 5 million shares and my brother is in for 3 M. I have been in since .0009 and am looking for about .01 before selling. So far so good, especially with lots of PR's and increased online buying to occur in the next few weeks. For those not in it, I suggest looking into it. BZCN has opened a few stores such as LUcky 7s and is one of ebay's best sellers. Especially this year, with increased focus on online shopping, bzcn should do well hopefully.
No guarantees obviously as this is a pink stock but the rewards are high along with the risk.
